The Maryland Office of Minority Health and Health Disparities is pleased to announce the release of the Maryland Chartbook of Minority Health and Minority Health Disparities Data.

The Chartbook offers data sections on minority health, gender-specific health and jurisdiction-specific health. The report is intended to generate healthy dialogue and further assessment to discover the public health interventions and health outcomes that are working to improve the health of all Marylanders.
